#naturalhairtips- 6/25/10

Just because your hair may visibly resemble another natural's hair(in terms of Andre's hair-typing system), the similarities can and most likely end there. [Black] Natural hair isn't monolithic in scope, so you can't approach it like a one-size-fits-all. Hair typing ultimately is irrelevant when it comes to proper product usage. Knowing your hair's porosity can help you in narrowing down what products you should be using and what will help contribute to maintenance and overall hair health.

I just want to offer a suggestion. Please could you change the color of your font because its very hard to read your posts without highlighting the text.

I would change it, but anything too much darker is hard on the eyes. I actually asked some folks to look over it to see if they had issues viewing it w/the current font color, and no one else had any issues.

Could it possibly be your computer? I don't have to highlight the text to view page content.

If I can find a color that works with the brown background, I'll consider it. Thanks.
